A Study on Compute Quantity of Leachate VS Rainfall in Sanitary Landfill Sites

Abstract
|

|
This Study was conducted out to compute quantity of leachate VS rainfall in wastes disposal sites in Korea.
Quantity of leachate relates to rainfall, run off rate, and evapotranspiration, etc.
The study result of calculation indicated that quantity of leachate was 20% of rainfall in Seoul, 28%" in Basan, and mean 15.5% in 11 cities of Korea. Amount of leachate was 394mm per year in Busan, 261mm/year in Seoul.
